Day 39: A Champion’s ‘Start Of The Day’ Routine

Hello and welcome to today’s mind mastery practice.

Today’s practice is Champions’s Start Of The Day routine.

There is a reason I am using the expression – start of the day and not calling it morning routine.

That’s because based on your biological rhythms, some of you might wake up very early in the morning some a bit late and some even more later. So this practice is not something you have to do at 5 in the morning…unless of course, if you want to do it.

Instead of basing this practice on the clock, I suggest to use this practice soon after you wake up…and that’s why I call it start of the day practice.

You can do it immediately after waking up or you can do it after you’ve freshened up, had your breakfast, or you can even do it after your morning workout. But the earlier you include this practice after waking up, the better start of the day you’d get.

Challenge: The practices of Day 38, 39 and 40 should be part of your daily routine. I invite every participant do these routines, every single day for the next 40 days to see the changes in you, and if you don’t see noticeable positive changes in you, you can claim a full refund of the money you paid for this program. That’s how confident I am about the power of these routines. And ideally, they should be part of your everyday life, not just 40 days.

Today’s practice has two parts.

Part 1: The Inner Leadership Practice, which could last from 10 to 15 minutes, done while seated with closed eyes. For part 1, there is a flash-card version and also a guided practice version.

Part 2: Getting Into Positive State, which can take up to 5 minutes

Part 1 is presented here as a guided practice, while part 2 is presented in form of Power Questions.

Part 2: Power Questions For Positive Mindset

Whenever possible during the morning, sit with yourself for 5 – 7 minutes and ask these questions to yourself. Don’t jump with your answers, but let them come from within.

Question 1

What are some things, abilities or people in my life that make me feel happy?

Question 2

What are some things, abilities or people in my life that I am truly grateful for and I feel that I am blessed to have them in my life?

Question 3

What I am passionate about, that I enjoy doing and also I am better at it than most people?

Question 4

Who are the people or other lifeforms (pets, animals) that make me feel that I am loved by them?

Question 5

Who are the people in my life on whom I can always count on, even in my worst time?

Question 6

What are the things, abilities, people or situations that make me feel I am strong?

Question 7

What about me makes me feel that I deserve to be successful, rich and happy?

That’s about it! Asking these questions will guide your mind to think about what makes your life great and thereby lead you to get into a positive frame of mind.

Have a great day!
